Our team is taking extra measures to ensure we are following the guidelines supplied by the PA Department of Health and the CDC. Throughout our facilities, we are implementing care practices, including but not limited to:
- All staff are masked and gloved as necessary.
- We have increased our cleaning and sanitation of high touch point area.
- We have purchased an electrostatic sanitization machine for larger spaces to be sanitized twice daily.
- We have multiple hand sanitizer stations throughout the hotel as well as CDC recommended sanitation spray and paper towels for guest use on door if they prefer.
- We have added safety screens fixed at our front desk and restaurant pick up area.
- We have placed distance stickers at our front desk as well as restaurant area.
- Our Restaurant is limited to 50% capacity with tables spaced apart
- Limit of 250 people in any section of room at a time, event has been spread out to accommodate this
We also ask that you help by the following:
- Wear a mask in all public space and anytime you are within 6 ft of a person that is not immediate family
- Make sure you are remaining cognizant of the 6 ft rule an only have 1 person per 6 ft. vendor table on each side
- Please be patient with our staff, the show staff and room regulations as we are working to have a great event for you within the limitations we have to work with
- Longer wait times in restaurant
- Might have to space out visitors in your exhibit booth to stay under capacities
- Sleeping rooms should not have any more than 5 people in a room at a time to maintain the distancing
