TENTATIVE Full Event Schedule

Thursday July 31st, 2020

  • (12:00 NOON) Vendors may arrive and begin to set up in Ball Room and Meeting Rooms – Upon arrival our staff will walk you to your assigned location
  • (7:00 P.M.) Vendor set up closes for the day
  • (8:00 P.M.) Vendor and collector Meet and Greet Social in Hotel Bar Hosted by AGoodMan Enterprises
  • (8:00 P.M.) In room trading opens – In room trading allows individual collectors and businesses the opportunity to set up a display in their hotel room and invite collectors to come in to trade or buy various items
  • (12:00 A.M.) In room trading ends for the night


Friday August 1st, 2020

  • (8:00 A.M.) Vendors may arrive and begin to set up in Ball Room and other event rooms
  • (9:30 A.M.) V.I.P. and special event ticket holder Breakfast located in Governor’s B in the hotel – MENU
  • (11:00 A.M.) V.I.P. and special event ticket holders meet at hotel front lobby to take charter bus off site
  • (1:30 P.M.) Bus picks up V.I.P. and special event ticket holders and returns guests to the hotel lobby
  • (2:45 P.M.) Vendors MUST be completed with their booth set ups no exceptions – all ancillary boxes and materials must be away, and your booth must be ready for Fire Marshall inspection
  • (3:00 P.M.) V.I.P. and (3:15 P.M.)  special event ticket holder Early Admission into the Ballroom Show
  • (4:00 P.M.) Convention opens to the public
  • (4:00 P.M.) Grail Grab private submission will take place in the main Ball Room during the show at the Grail Grab table.  You can sit with Auctioneer Joseph Wiggins to discuss item values and enter your personal pieces into the Grail Grab event.
  • (5:30 P.M.) 1st round of Dirty Bingo (Meeting Room E) – 5 bingo games are played - each bingo game offers 1 prize for the winner.  Included event for VIP ticket holders - $5.00 per bingo card for all other players
  • (7:30 P.M.) Convention hall closes to all
  • (8:00 P.M.) In room trading opens – In room trading allows individual collectors – and businesses the opportunity to set up a display in their hotel room and invite collectors to come in to trade or buy various items
  • (8:00 P.M.) V.I.P. and special event ticket holder Friday Night Legends Dinner.  This event is a buffet dinner with a wide variety of offerings– pants and a collared shirt are requested – participation in this event requires a dinner ticket.  Located in Governor’s B in the hotel. MENU
  • (11:59 P.M.) In room trading ends for the night


Saturday August 2nd, 2020

  • (8:00 A.M.) V.I.P. and special event ticket holder Breakfast located in Governor’s B in the hotel –MENU
  • (8:30 A.M.) Participating Vendors allowed into the Ball Room
  • (9:00 A.M.) V.I.P. and (9:15 A.M.) special event ticket holder Early Admission into the Ballroom Show
  • (10:00 A.M.) Convention opens to the public
  • (11:00 A.M.) 2nd round of Dirty Bingo (Meeting Room E) – 5 bingo games are played - each bingo game offers 1 prize for the winner.  Included event for VIP ticket holders - $5.00 per bingo card for all other players 
  • (11:30 A.M.) Special guest presenter TBA  (Meeting room D) 
  • (1:00 P.M.) Chris Stangler presents (Meeting Room D) “It’s All in the Details” Seminar. with Brian Nazario
  • (2:00 P.M.) 3rd round of Dirty Bingo (Meeting Room E) – 5 bingo games are played - each bingo game offers 1 prize for the winner.   Included event for VIP ticket holders - $5.00 per bingo card for all other players
  •  (2:30 P.M.) Sean Taylor presents (Meeting room D) – M2 Machines Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow – A look into M2 Machines past, present and future
  • (3:30 P.M.) Special guest TBA  (Meeting room D)

  • (7:00 P.M.) Saturday Night Dinner – This event is a buffet dinner with a wide variety of offerings– pants and a collared shirt are requested – participation in this event requires a dinner ticket.  Located in Governor’s B in the hotel. MENU
  • (9:30 P.M.) Live “Grail Grab” event product viewing In Governor’s A/B in the hotel immediately following the dinner event 
  • (10:00 P.M.) Event begins in Governor’s A/B in the Hotel.
  • (11:59 P.M.) In room trading ends for the night


Sunday August 2nd, 2020

  • (8:00 A.M.) V.I.P. and special event ticket holder Breakfast located in Governor’s B in the hotel. MENU
  • (8:30 A.M.) Participating Vendors allowed into the Ball Room
  • (9:00 A.M.) V.I.P. and (9:15 A.M.) special event ticket holder Early Admission into the Ballroom Show
  • (10:00 A.M.) Ballroom opens to the public
  • (1:00 P.M.) 2020 CPCC Championship Bingo Challenge (Meeting Room E) the 8 winners who advanced from the previous 4 rounds – go head to head.  The first person who wins 3 Rounds in any order will be crowned the 2020 CPCC Bingo Champion
  • (3:00 P.M.) Ballroom Show closes to all
  • (3:10 P.M.) Vendor and event breakdown
  • (8:00 P.M.) Ballroom to be empty.
