Chris Walker “Night Stalker” has been a customizer all his life. Repainting his Hot Wheels as a kid, building custom model cars, and even custom painting bicycles and skateboards. That graduated into building custom cars in the 80’s and 90’s. It wasn’t until he started seriously repainting Hot Wheels in 1989 that he really got going full speed onto the die-cast car scene customizing cars for competition. After winning multiple awards, he originated the customizer code-3 market direct to customers, and then focused his attention towards high-end custom pieces for celebrities and famous designers with his work appearing in the Hot Wheels exhibit in the Peterson Automotive Museum in Los Angeles, CA. It was then that he started doing freelance work for a few die-cast car companies doing packaging, graphics, and event cars for US and International Conventions. Chris was inducted into the Diecast Hall Of Fame in 2009, and even started his own diecast car company “Alien Projects” that same year. He has won almost 70 awards at major competitions and written a few successful collector books on Hot Wheels. Chris has been published in magazines, books, DVD’s, and more recently on the History Channel’s Hot Wheels 50th Anniversary special. Through all that, the journey is not over.
